Conditions of Sale
Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Robinhood auctions live auctions. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.
Total Sales Price
The total sales price of an item includes the hammer price plus a 23% buyer's premium. Framing for unframed artwork, packing, shipping, and insurance is extra.
Payment
Robinhood Auctions Team will contact the Buyer within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and must be done by the Buyer no later than 7 days after an invoice is received. The title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer. Any item that has not been paid within 7 days after the receipt of the notification may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions and will be filed with a dispute. Please note, the credit card on your profile ma be auto-charged for this invoice after 4 days of sending an invoice. Please update your card on your profile, make a payment, or contact us if you would like to use a different form of payment. Invoices over $2,000 must be paid via ACH or wire.
Shipping Terms
We will ship all over the world with our in-house shipping department. At the end of the auction, we will provide a shipping estimate and add it to your final invoice. If you win multiple items, we will combine shipping. We will pack your items using the safest materials and ship the items fully insured. Please allow up to 3 business days for order verification and processing, and additional 3-10 business days for delivery*. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number to track your order status.
Taxes
The winning bidder will pay all applicable taxes. International buyers are responsible for import duties and VAT if applicable.
Condition & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
All lots are sold as-is and as pictured with all flaws. Bidders should contact us for condition reports.
If an item is received materially different from the auction listing and/or are damaged upon delivery, it qualifies for return or exchange on us. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives.
All items ship fully insured. To expedite your return, please keep all packing materials and proof of damage of the item and exterior packaging.
Right to refuse sale
We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of the stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece.
