Conditions of Sale

Buyers must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Robinhood auctions live auctions. By signing up as a bidder, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them.

Shipping Terms

We will ship all over the world. Buyer pays for shipping. At the end of the auction, we will calculate shipping and add it to your final invoice. If you win multiple items, we will combine shipping. We will pack your item with a professional packer using the safest materials.

Payment

Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders after the sale has ended. Please contact us at 702.595.2583 or [email protected] to arrange payment.

Buyer's Premium

The winning bidder agrees to pay a 23% buyer's premium.

Taxes

The winning bidder will pay all applicable taxes.

Condition

All lots are sold as-is and as pictured with all flaws. Bidders should contact us for condition reports. If a purchase arrives and it is defective or damaged, you will get a full refund or replacement item with a similar value of your choice if the oversight was ours. Prior to returning an item, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization from one of our representatives.
